Products that are listed as "In Stock" with Inventory displayed greater than 0, usually ship the same business day when the order is placed before 3:00 p.m. (ETZ). Products that are listed as "Check Availability" or "Call or e-Mail for Availability" or "Click to Check Availability" may have an extended lead-time from the manufacturer of up to 30 days, but usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes an IN-STOCK item may actually be OUT OF STOCK (sometimes an item may sell out before we've had a chance to update the web-site) If an item is not available at the time of the order and is unable to ship within 30 days, OverstockPlumbingDeals.com will attempt to contact you and inform you of the extended lead-time. You will then have the right to accept the new lead-time or cancel the order for a Full Refund.

OverstockPlumbingDeals.com fill rate for orders is approximately 95%. We stock most of our inventory, but occasionally some items are unavailable and we must special order them from other various warehouses across the country or source them directly from the manufacturers. OverstockPlumbingDeals.com will make every effort to ship orders complete. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If the item was with a larger order there will be no freight charge (you only pay freight once). If the item is no longer available we will do our best to notify you immediately.

OverstockPlumbingDeals.com will in no way be responsible for losses by customer due to scheduling of plumbers, contractors, or other professional installation.

OverstockPlumbingDeals.com does it's best to ship out products in a timely manner, but we reserve the right to backorder or cancel orders at any time for any reason. You will be notified via email if part or all of your order is backordered.

UPS/FedEx Shipments

If you have a order with multiple UPS/FedEx items and one item is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we will ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the second shipment. If you prefer to wait for one shipment of all your products, let us know and we'll be glad to accommodate.

Freight Shipments

If you have an order with multiple LTL/Freight items and one is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we will hold your order and ship complete in one shipment. If you prefer to have the "In Stock" items shipped immediately, you will be responsible for extra shipping charges on the 2nd shipment

Time-definite shipments 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air that do not arrive by the end of the day on the scheduled delivery date (due to carrier delays) may have a partial refund issued to reflect the service that was received. Refunds cannot be issued due to delays from unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.
If your entire order is not delivered within the time-frame allowed for the shipping method you selected, we will gladly refund the difference in shipping charges between the shipping method you selected and the next level of shipping service.

• If you ordered UPS Next Day Air and your order arrives in 2 days, you will be credited back the difference between UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2 Day Air.
• If you ordered UPS Next Day Air and your order arrives in 3 days, you will be credited back the difference between UPS Next Day Air and UPS 3 Day Air.
• If you ordered UPS Next Day Air and your order arrives in 4 days or more, you will be credited back the full amount of shipping.
• If you ordered UPS 2 Day Air and your order arrives in 3 days, you will be credited back the difference between UPS 2 Day Air and UPS 3 Day Air.
• If you ordered UPS 2 Day Air and the order arrives in 4 or more days, then you will be credited back the difference between UPS 2 Day Air and UPS Ground Shipping.
• If you ordered UPS 3 Day Air and the order arrives in 4 or more days, then you will be credited back the difference between UPS 3 Day Air and UPS Ground Shipping.

Note: "UPS Ground" refers to our Standard Ground Shipping Calculation of $8.99 for the first item and $.99 for each additional item. "Free UPS Ground" or any other Shipping Promotion is not applicable when calculating a shipping credit. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of processing the credit.

We are also able to ship many heavy items ground vs expensive freight. However, no matter how much pride we take in our shipping and packaging techniques, we recognize that fragile products will occasionally break in transit from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.

"Don't worry, we have you covered!" We have shipped over a million products with a 1% damage rate. If you fall into the rare occurrence of receiving a product damaged in transit, we're going to take care of you by shipping a replacement within 48 hours (stock allowing). We need you to do your part by following the receiving and inspection protocols listed below. If you do not inspect and report damage within the immediate time frame following delivery, we may not be able to warranty damaged products.

Curbside delivery service:
Provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete delivery. Please inspect your item(s) at the time of delivery.

Ground Shipment receiving and inspection protocol:

• The delivery carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS, etc.) will leave the order at your residence; no signature is required.
• We ask that you open the boxes and inspect the products for any signs of damage, such as broken parts or chips and cracks in the finish, within 48 business hours of delivery.
• If you have a damaged or defective product, call our customer service line at 862-295-3896 and a customer service rep will assist you.

Freight/LTL Shipment receiving and inspection protocol:

• The delivery carrier (FedEx, SIA, Estes, etc.) will call you the day before to set up delivery time.
• You'll need to open the boxes and inspect the products for any signs of damage, such as broken parts or chips and cracks in the finish, at the time of delivery.
• All items MUST be inspected for damage within 48 hours of delivery time.
• If product is damaged, firmly refuse the damaged items and keep all of the items in good condition.
• Do not let the driver leave without inspecting. If driver refuses to stay during inspection, sign "Per Inspection" on the delivery receipt and call us immediately to report damages.

If you do not inspect and report damage within the immediate time frame following delivery, we may not be able to warranty damaged products.

Overview

It is important that you inspect your shipment thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise; after you sign for the merchandise you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper. Do not assume that your product is not damaged just because the box and packaging is intact. You must check for both internal and external damage before you accept delivery. If you notice your product is damaged, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service department immediately at 862-295-3896 and inform us of the damage. After you sign for the package you are responsible for damages. Please make sure that you inspect all packages before you sign for them.

Obvious or Concealed Freight Damage

If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with OverstockPlumbingDealss.com with obvious or concealed freight damage, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the bill of lading. We will then order and ship a replacement for you. If you sign for the shipment without reporting any damage you are responsible for all damages and must make any claims with the shipper. Please make sure that you inspect all packages before you sign for them.

If you fail to report concealed or obvious freight damage to the carrier prior to signing for the shipment, neither you nor we have any recourse.

Free Ground Shipping on Orders $45 or more*

For a limited time, receive Free ground shipping when you spend $45 or more on Faucets, Accessories & Parts. Offer excludes enhanced shipping options, such as "Next-Day Air" or "Second-Day Air". Products that ship via LTL Freight truck or Oversized UPS/Fedex do not qualify for Free Shipping. (Ex.
